Project Manual and Drawings are available on the University Web site https://www.easternct.edu/fiscal-affairs/purchase/bid-information.html Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting May 12, 2026 at 9:00 am Eastern Connecticut State University Facilities Conference Room Project Description: 1.        Repairs to various concrete, steel, and masonry elements, including patching and repairing of cracked and spalled planks and beams, waterproof coating repairs, steel repairs, guard rail replacement, and the replacement of various deteriorating lintels over existing windows and doors and associated brick work. 2.        The demolition and reconstruction of an existing deteriorating site stair and associated retaining walls. 3.        This Project does not exceed the Threshold Limits as defined by the Connecticut General Statutes.
