Dear Reviewer:
On behalf of the City of Grain Valley, we respectfully request a construction permit for the relocation of
an existing water main along Minter Road, extending from SW Eagles Parkway south for approximately
1,235 feet. The construction drawings and technical specifications for this project are included with this
application.
The proposed work includes replacing approximately 1,235 linear feet of 12-inch water main along
Minter Road, beginning at SW Eagles Parkway and continuing south. The project also includes new
connections to two existing 12-inch DIP mains along SW Eagles Parkway, an 8-inch DIP main along SW
Eagles Way, and an existing 8-inch DIP main along Blue Branch Drive.
