Faulkner County New Jail Pod
1. TIME & PLACE:
Bid packages for the Faulkner County New Jail Pod, 500 S. German Lane, Conway, AR, are available for Trade Contractor proposals. Bid packages include: 009.00.01 Final Cleaning, 009.03.01 Concrete, 009.03.04 Structural Pre-Cast, 009.03.05 Structural Pre-Cast Install, 009.04.01 Masonry, 009.05.01 Structural Steel Supply, 009.05.02 Structural Steel Erection, 009.06.03 Millwork & Wood Trim, 009.07.01 Waterproofing, 009.07.04 Roofing, 009.07.06 Applied Fireproofing, 009.08.01 Doors, Frames & Hardware, 009.09.01 Drywall & Framing, 009.09.03 Commercial Flooring, 009.09.04 Epoxy Flooring, 009.09.05 Painting & Drywall Finishing, 009.13.01 Pre-Engineered Structures, 009.13.02 Pre-Engineered Structures Erection, 009.21.01 Fire Suppression, 009.22.01 Plumbing, 009.23.01 HVAC, 009.26.01 Electrical Complete, 009.31.01 Earthwork, 009.32.01 Asphalt, 09.32.05 Fencing, 009.32.07 Landscape & Irrigation, and 009.33.01 Site Utilities.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. (CDT) on Tuesday, October 21st, at the Nabholz Construction office located at 612 Garland Street, Conway, AR and will be opened at the Nabholz Construction office at 612 Garland Street, Conway, AR at 3:00 P.M. (CDT).
Pre-Bid Walk Through will be 10:00 A.M. (CDT) on Thursday, October 2nd, at 500 S. German Lane, Conway, AR 72034.
Sealed bid must be submitted on the bid form furnished in the Instructions for Bid documents. All bids will be received and taken under advisement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids received after the closing time will not be opened, reviewed or considered. Bids are on a lump sum basis.

2. EXAMINATION & PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS:
Construction Documents are available to be obtained electronically at no cost by qualified bidders through Building Connected. Hard copies can be viewed at the Nabholz Conway office. Contact a project team member listed below to access documents.
3. BID REQUIREMENTS
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid over $50,000.00, in accordance with the Instructions for Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Successful (Responsible) Bidders will Contract directly with Faulkner County. Applicable supporting documents are available through Building Connected.
