RFP Disaster Recovery – Home Repair Services

Project Description: The City of Fort Worth is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to perform rehabilitation and repair services for Homeowners Assistance Repair and Rehabilitation Program (HARRP) funded through the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) for the Neighborhood Services Department.
The city anticipates terminating the current HARRP agreements and/or portions of current agreements that provide services under the HARRP program, in accordance with the terms and conditions of those agreements, once this solicitation is complete and new agreements are negotiated. Current Vendors providing services under HARRP are encouraged to submit a response to this solicitation if they wish to continue providing services under the HARRP Program through a new Job Order Contract, now referred to as the Home Repair Services Contract.
