Project consists of removing and replacing existing heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including but not limited to variable air volume (VAV) boxes and associated pneumatic controls; cooling plant including compressors, evaporative condenser, cooling coils; direct digital control (DDC) system serving cooling plant and built-up air handler; filters and filter rack in built-up air handler; refrigerant piping and associated appurtenances; and providing temporary HVAC unit until the new HVAC system is commissioned, tested, adjusted, balanced, and accepted.
