Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance and Snow and Ice Removal Services. The contractors shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary in compliance with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
This acquisition will utilize full and open competition under the NAICS code of 561730 Landscaping Services, with a small business size standard of $9.5M and PSC S208- Housekeeping, Landscaping, and Groundskeeping services. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number FA500025R0007 FY26 Grounds Maintenance & Snow/Ice Removal Services for the 773 Civil Engineer Squadron (773 CES) shall be used to reference any written offer provided under this RFP. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov . Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
Intersted offerors shall review all attachments and provide a proposal in accordance with all intructions prior to 27 October 2025 at 4:00 p.m. EST.
