Berkeley County is requesting bids from qualified firms to upgrade the Central Berkeley Wastewater Treatment Plant to 9 MGD. The project is being funded by a loan from the South Carolina State Revolving Fund (SRF) and bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bid documents, including Davis-Bacon, American Iron and Steel (AIS). Bidders must provide at least a 5% bid bond.
