The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to install four (4) new groundwater monitoring wells at Camp Rilea, in accordance with the Camp Rilea Wastewater Treatment Facility Groundwater Monitoring Plan (the Plan). The monitoring wells will be used to observe, measure, and track potential groundwater impacts associated with the discharge of treated wastewater from the facility.
