PUBLIC SAFETY GRADE SMALL UNMANNED AERIAL SYSTEMS (sUAS)

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received electronically via the PennBid website by the County of Blair for public safety grade small unmanned aerial systems until 2:00 p.m. (prevailing time), on March 30, 2026, at which time the bids shall be opened with the results displayed publicly on PennBid. Bids submitted by any other means will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted. Said bids will be accepted at the Commissioners’ Meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing time) and awarded or rejected in accordance with the County Code thereafter.
Electronic copies of the Bid Specifications may be obtained at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.net/). Any questions regarding the specifications should be submitted on the PennBid website.
The Blair County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, omissions, defects or irregularities in the bids, request clarification from bidders, and to accept and award any contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the Blair County Commissioners.
