Project Description: The Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (“the Organization”) is seeking proposals from qualified independent Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to perform annual financial statement audits and related services for the fiscal school years 2025/26 through 2026/27, with the option to extend based on performance without a subsequent request for proposal.
The purpose of this RFP is to engage a firm with strong charter school expertise, a commitment to transparency, and the ability to deliver timely, accurate financial reporting compliant with all applicable standards.
