The Phoenix Indian Medical Center is seeking a service agreement for ASP Sterrad 100NX All Clear Sterilizer systems for the Central Sterile Room (CSR). The service agreement shall include full-service annual preventive maintenance (PMs), repairs, replacement of parts as necessary, labor, and travel. Emergency services shall consist of 24/7 repairs, technical support, weekends, and federal holidays.
