This synopsis is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a BPA Call from an established BPA for Region 6 Vault Pumping on the Mt Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and does not constitute a request for quotes or submission of any information in response to this notification. Only contractors with an active BPA for the respective zone will be eligible for this call order.
The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, section 413.303 Simplified Acquisition Methods – Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). BPA calls over $25,000 require synopsis to the government point of entry, even if a synopsis was done at the BPA level. Exemption at FAR 5.202(a)(11) does not apply.
Description:
The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest has a requirement for Vault Toilet Pumping Services on the Snoqualmie Ranger District. The intent of this call is to pump approximately 42 toilet vaults located on the Snoqualmie Ranger District on a call when needed basis by a USDA Forest Service Representative.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to
remove trash, pump, wash down, cleanup and dispose of all waste products removed from toilet vaults in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Trash from vaults is to be disposed of off National Forest Land.
Procedure used to solicit and award the blanket purchase agreement (BPA): This notice is for the issuance of a BPA CALL request on BPA Region 6 Vault Pumping.
