Amendment 0002 is issued to updated and delete clauses.

Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the due date of the solicitation to March 14, 2025, by 3:00 pm ET, updates the PWS, adds a Pricing Table -Schedule of Items, and posts questions and answers from vendors.

A second site visit will be held due to the Contracting Officer being off "out of office" during scheduling.

Site visit will take place on Friday, March 7th, 2025, at 10:00AM EST and is mandatory for the submission of a quote.

Instructions to Vendors

Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the services specified in

the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Quotation

evaluation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5, with the intention to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract to

one vendor for custodial services.

**Quotations be received by email to at the email address above by 3 must Laura B. Price p.m. ET, March 12,

2025. **

Any inquiries/questions shall be addressed in writing and directed to the point of contact listed above by 3 p.m. ET,

February 27, 2025. Questions will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer and will be posted to Sam.gov by 3 p.m. ET February 28, 2025.

**Please forward past performance questionnaires to current contractors as soon as possible to allow time for

completion. **
