EVALUATION
A PDF Quote must be attached to bid. Bid pricing must be valid for 60-90 days. Pricing should be based on requested specifications (see attached ad hoc Contract Example & Specifications document). Failure to bid all items and provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive. All costs must be included in bid pricing on OhioBuys item grid.

CONTRACT AWARD

SCOPE: The purpose of this solicitation is to deliver, install, and assemble as needed a two-

story custom training shed for the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) at the OSHP K9 Training

Facility in Marysville, OH, per OSHP specifications:

Two Story Cabin Shed:

1. Dimensions & Structure

a. Overall Size: 16’ wide x 50’ long

b. Sidewall Height: 94” (7’ 10”)

c. Loft Height at Peak: 7’ 5”

d. Overhang: 12” on gable ends

2. Exterior

a. Siding: 5/50 Year LP Smart Siding Painted Any Color

b. Roofing: 40 Year Metal Roof

c. Door: One (1) Man door (36” 9 Lite Entry Door)

d. Windows: Eight (8) 24” x 36” Thermopane windows with screens

3. Framing & Interior

a. Wall Framing: 2” x 4” studs @ 16” O.C.

b. Interior Walls: ½” plywood

c. Rooms

• 7 interior rooms

• 2 x 4 framing

• 5/8 plywood on one side

• Each room to have 1 door

• See diagram for room measurements

d. Floor Joists: 2” x 6” @ 16” O.C.

e. Flooring: ¾” Advantech (or approval equal) with 50-year manufacturer warranty

f. Foundation: Shed to be set on 4” x 4” treated runners

4. Insulation: 1” ½ Closed-cell spray foam insulation in floor

5. Electrical System

a. Panel: 100 Amp electrical panel

b. Outlets: Ten (10) interior outlets

c. Lighting:

i. Eight (8) ceiling-mounted interior lights (one per room)

ii. Two (2) exterior lights with switch

d. Switches: Two (2) interior light switches (one per floor)

e. Wiring: All wiring to be run in conduit

f. Power Supply: One (1) generator-compatible power connection

6. Delivery Location

7. Assembly

a. All components must be fully assembled on-site to complete a finished, weather-

tight structure.
