The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking Proposals for planning and engineering services for the Mead River Dike Assessment project from qualified Proposers (referred to in this RFP as the Consultant or Consultant Team). The selected Consultant will assess the river dike system and provide repair, maintenance, and / or relocation recommendations to allow the DNR to more effectively manage the system in the future. This request for Proposals is to provide existing condition investigations, preliminary design alternatives and cost estimating to address the erosion, operational, and maintenance issues currently impacting the George W. Mead Wildlife Area (Mead) river dike system. Services under this contract must be completed by August 4, 2025. |
