Amity Regional School District No. 5 invites proposals for the following: Site Based Grounds Maintenance Program for facilities in Bethany, Orange and Woodbridge, Under request for Proposal Amity 2025-3. Sealed proposals due no later than 1:45 P.M., Friday, April 25, 2025, Mandatory pre-bid meeting Tuesday April 8, 2025 at 11:15 A.M. in the Central Administrative Office. Proposal specifications may only be obtained on the State of Connecticut CTSource bid board website under State Contracting Portal https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard and will be available starting Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 9 A.M. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Facilities,District Office, Amity Regional School District No. 5, 25 Newton Road, Woodbridge, CT 06525. Amity Regional School District No. 5 reserves the right to waive errors in any proposals, to accept other than the low bidder, and reject any or all proposals at its discretion.
