This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR

Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240LS26Q0064 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services for the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, Ashton Ranger District Office.

This acquisition is set-aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22.0 Million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Statement of Requirement

Scope of Contract - The purpose of this contract is to secure janitorial services for the Ashton Ranger District in Ashton, Idaho. All designated areas must present a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance. The work will consist of cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning furnishings/furniture. The contractor shall comply with required bio-based and bio-preferred materials requirements of the solicitation.

A site visit is scheduled for August 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM MT. Interested vendors will meet the COR at the Ashton Ranger District Office located at 46 Highway 20, Ashton, Idaho 83420-0841 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address), which will be posted with the question and answer amendment. Attendance is not mandatory, but interested vendors are encouraged to attend.

Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a summary of changes to the SOW, revise the SOI, and answer questions about this solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Return as signed copy of this amendment.
