Synopsis:

|
The R.M. of Mervin No. 499 (hereafter referred to as the R.M.) is interested in obtaining tenders for the supply and delivery of approximately 265,000 litres of clear diesel fuel for the period of June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked: CONFIDENTIAL- Diesel Supply Tender RM499-2026-02 and received on or before 04:30 P.M. CST time, Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the office of the R.M. of Mervin, located at 211 Main Street, Turtleford, Saskatchewan. Bids may be mailed to Box 130, Turtleford, SK S0M 2Y0. The R.M. will also allow the submission of email bids to rm499@rmofmervin.com.
Tenders will be opened on Friday, May 22, 2026. Tender results will be reviewed at the R.M. council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Total figures quoted must reflect the total cost, in Canadian funds, to the R.M. including all items to be supplied and delivered to the R.M. Maintenance South shop located at SW PT 13-51-21-W3 (1-1000-gallon tank plus 1-500-gallon tank) and the North shop located at NW 21-54-20-W3 (1-1000-gallon tank), Saskatchewan. G.S.T. must be listed separately but must be included in Total Bid Price.
