Amendment 0001 (17 October 2025) - The proposal due date has been extended to 7 November 2025 at 12:00 PM CDT. Evaluation Factor 1, Corporate Experience within Section 00 22 16 of the SF1442 Request for Proposal has been updated. The questions and answers that have been received up to this point and the slide deck and list of attendees from the Pre-Proposal Conference have been provided in this amendment.**All amendments must be acknowledged when submitting your proposal.**Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of the National Guard activities in the state of South Dakota. These will be multi-disciplined contracts consisting of two five-year calendar ordering periods. The total of individual Task Orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $25,000,000.00. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS code 236220 is applicable to this acquisition, $45,000,000.00 is the small business size standard. The Government intends to award a contract to all qualifying offerors. At the Task Order level, the Contracting Officer may set-aside an individual Task Order for other socio-economic programs. This solicitation and all associated information, notices, and amendments will be posted within the PIEE Solicitation Module and on Contract Opportunities within SAM.gov. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
