HCWWTP Secondary Clarifiers

Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of the existing four (4) 130’ diameter Secondary Clarifier Mechanisms at the Aiken County Public Service Authority Horse Creek Pollution Control Facility. The scope of supply should be based upon the drawings and relevant specification sections included as part of the bid package. Supplied equipment should adhere to both American Iron and Steel requirements (AIS) and Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Please include a detailed scope of supply and services in addition to your bid with the following required information:

1. Equipment description

2. Spare parts provided

3. Price schedule including transportation costs (Bid Price)

4. Exclusions and exceptions

5. Payment terms

6. Equipment delivery schedule

7. Quotation expiration date

8. Warranty

9. Terms and conditions of sale

10. Documentation that the price quoted is competitive (minimum of three actual bid prices for identical or similar equipment sold during the past 24 months, along with contact information for references)
