The State of Ohio – Department of Behavioral Health Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare location is soliciting dealers for products that are currently contracted under a Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract number MCSA0003-08, only dealers on this contract will be considered.

DBH will award this project to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier. The awarded supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission.

All pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid and prices must be at or lower than current contracted pricing. If the pricing contained in your responsive documents fails to match or is higher than the current DAS contracted price, your quote may be disqualified. If a separate quote is submitted, the total must exactly match the amount listed in the item grid. Discrepancies may result in disqualification.

The applicable DAS contract number is required within the comment column of your grid or in your attachment if an attachment is provided. If a DAS contract number is not provided, your quote will be disqualified.

Any responses that are not a part of a current DAS contract will not be considered.

In the event of a tie bid, the sourcing project will be awarded to the first responsive and responsible bid received by the date and time stamp in OhioBuys.
