Any prospective vendor who fails to do so assumes complete responsibility in the event that they do not receive communications from the Procurement Office prior to the closing date.
An MBE subcontracting goal of no less than 5% of the total overall contract(s) value is established for this solicitation.
UMGC will only assign an MBE goal if UMGC has performed sufficient research to confirm that there are sufficient certified MBEs that can provide subcontracting services in accordance with the contract’s scope of work.
