Solicitation Summary
The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “Solicitation”) is to provide staffing and temporary personnel firms an opportunity to present their qualifications, experience, and conceptual approach to providing professional staffing services for the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) Office of Information Technology. The due date and time for questions is November 19, 2025, no later than 11:00 A.M. EST. All questions must be submitted in writing to alicia.klein@umgc.edu and eric.pfister@umgc.edu.
The due date and time for technical and price proposals is December 4, 2025, not later than 11:00 A.M. EST. The price proposal must be submitted as a separate file from the technical proposal.
