Solicitation Description:

This project consists ofthe interior renovation of approximately 9,500 SF of the Kerr Hall Diningspace. This project provides renovations to the first floor Dining Hall andDining Prep areas. Scope includes converting existing dining facility into newMean Greens vegan dining facility that will provide a unique dining experiencefor campus. This renovation will include a dining room accommodatingapproximately 300-350 people, a renovated kitchen and serving area, includingnew fume hood, and new public restrooms. Notice to Proceed forconstruction is anticipated to be June 2025.
