Description
Amendment #1 - Add the wrong closing date - changed to correct date
The Fredericton Indoor Pool, located at 79 Carrington Lane, Fredericton, NB, requires a mid-life refit. The Local Government intends to improve the facility's accessibility and energy efficiency. To achieve this, the Local Government is collaborating with Proponents to develop a revised floor plan and design HVAC mechanical, pool mechanical & pool water treatment, architectural, electrical, structural, controls, communications and life-safety systems. Details of the Phase 1 plan, which forms the basis for the scope of services in this RFP, are outlined in the document titled "P26-29 Indoor Pool Mid-Life Renovations and Energy Enhancements - Final Report."
