*** COOPERATIVE SOLICITATION POSTING NOTICE TO VENDORS ***
In conjunction with OMNIA Partners, the State of North Carolina is providing the following
information for the solicitation opportunity:
OMNIA Partners Project Title: RFP# 26-S1097 Firearms, Ammunition, and Related Products
and Accessories Vendors
OMNIA Partners, Public Sector Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Omnia Partners"), in collaboration
with Region 14 Education Service Center as the Lead Public Agency, requests proposals to result
in a Contract (also known as a "Master Agreement") for Firearms, Ammunition, and Related
Products and Accessories Vendors. Region 14 Education Service Center is seeking a provider that
has the depth, breadth, and quality of resources necessary to complete all phases of the Contract.
Region 14 Education Service Center is acting as the contracting agency for any other Public
Agency that elects to utilize the resulting Master Agreement.

Only proposals submitted through the OMNIA Partners online bidding system will be considered.
Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm CT on June 4, 2026, 2:00pm, and late proposals will not
be considered.
This posting is NOT a State of North Carolina solicitation request but is provided as a courtesy
notification to North Carolina eVP registered Vendors. The State of North Carolina may or may
not elect to participate in the final contract.
