1. Recurring Work: The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter Pump Test Bench Systems to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition) a) Service Orders: The Contractor shall perform E/U/R work in a timely manner to ensure Pump Test Bench Systems are fully functional, in normal working condition and function properly in accordance with specified standards.b) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program for Pump Test Bench Systems to ensure proper operation to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life.
2. Non-Recurring Work: Non-recurring work may be ordered utilizing a Task Order for specified ELINs for task listings, descriptions and related requirements
