This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. This second stage ITT has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below.

Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process and attend the mandatory site visit .

Deadline for Questions:	January 28, 2025 @ 10:00 am PT. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.

Submission Deadline :	February 10, 2025 @ 2:00 pm PT

The ITT timetable is tentative only and may be changed by BC Housing at any time.

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.

A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.

Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Brief Description of Work

The work includes various Interior and Exterior Upgrades as per below and as further set out in Appendix E – Specifications & Drawings:

133 Debeck Street is a brand new, 3,900 square foot, 3-level duplex (2 units) that requires upgrades to accommodate mobility requirements. The wood-frame units were built for the market, each containing similar floor plans: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a detached shared garage.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

We anticipate the start of the project to be March 2025, to be completed by April 2025 with consideration to the lead time of procuring a stairlift.
