Request for Proposals for Pre-Plated Food Vendor
The Agency on Aging for North Florida, Inc. d/b/a Advantage Aging Solutions announces the posting of a Request for Proposals to supply congregate and home delivered meals to our nutrition providers who serve elderly persons in the following counties: Callhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, Wakulla, and Washington Counties.

Every entity that intends to submit a proposal must submit the required electronic Notice of Intent Form located at: HYPERLINK "https://aaafornorthflorida.submittable.com/submit"
https://aaafornorthflorida.submittable.com/submit by Friday, May 15, 2026, 3:00 p.m., ET. If less than two Notices of Intent are received in response to this RFP, Advantage Aging Solutions may institute the Exceptional Purchase (as defined in Section 287.012, Florida Statutes) provisions provided for by Chapter 287, Florida Statutes for a single source contract. In which case the Agency will proceed under the single source provisions of Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
Any entity that protests the intended decision pertaining to the Exceptional Purchase shall be required to post, at the time of filing a formal written protest, a bond in the amount equal to 1 percent of the estimated contract amount for the Exceptional Purchase pursuant to Section 287.042, Florida Statutes. Please refer to the procurement site for a copy of the AAANF Provider Protest Appeal & Contract Enforcement Policy for more information.
