The premises sought through this RFP will house an administrative and client service office for VET. The mission of the Executive Office of Veterans' Services (VET) is to act as the primary advocate on behalf of all the Commonwealth's Veterans. As such, the VET secretariat is organized to perform advocacy efforts across numerous venues and events. This office is expected to receive 2-3 drop in visitors per day. Over time, the office is expected to host scheduled support groups and wellness activities; with an estimate of approximately 10 visitors for each scheduled group or activity.
