Description



This project shall accomplish the repair of cracks and spalls on concrete walls, beams, columns, roof, floor slab, and eaves. Repair to install concrete jackets along column gridlines and roof beams. Repair to restore integrity of steel members that deteriorated due to corrosion. Apply Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) to canopy beams and slabs. Remove and reinstall electrical and other fixes to facilitate repair works as needed. Paint areas that are subjected to repair work and restore original appearance. Abate and dispose Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint (LBP). Demolish and dispose waste material as appropriate. Sustainable principles, to include life cycle cost-effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project in accordance with UFC 1-200-02.
