Description
The City of Atlanta, Georgia is using the Design-Build delivery method for design, permitting and construction of the Chastain Park Parking Garage, and the permitting and construction only to the Gymnasium Expansion and Renovation of the existing Northside Youth Organization (NYO) Gymnasium Facility (Project). The Design Criteria Package (DCP) presents specific minimum requirements related to the features to be provided by the Design/Builder selected for the Project. This DCP is an Exhibit to the Request for Proposal (RFP) document issued by the City's Department of Procurement (DOP).
