Description

The vendor shall a provide hands-on training course in staged crime scene murders, with a specific focus on intimate partner related violence and strangulation, for a multidisciplinary audience of prosecutors, forensic medical professionals, and nvestigative professionals working together in case teams. The training shall cover all elements of the case, including investigation, prosecution, and victim-family relations, and shall offer instruction that is relevant to all members of the case team. The course shall provide opportunities for working in small case team groups using actual case scenarios, with a special emphasis on cases occurring in Indian Country. The instructors shall be a multidisciplinary team of experts in domestic partner violence, crimes of strangulation, and staged crime scene investigation and prosecution. The training course shall be approximately 24 instruction hours in length, over a period of 3.5 days.
