Synopsis

This project provides for the improvement of an interim gravel trail for the Eastrail – Central Wilburton Interim Trail from SE 5th Street to NE 4th Street in the City of Bellevue. Work includes grading, rail and tie removal, culvert improvement, roadway crossing and signal at SE 1st intersection, landscaping, erosion control and traffic controls, and other works.
