The City of Winter Haven (City) is interested in receiving qualifications from experienced design-build teams for the delivery and furnishing of all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and professional services for the design and construction of improvements at DiamondPlex Softball Complex and construction of a new Pickleball Complex. The estimated commencement for the project (design) is anticipated to start Winter 2025 and phased construction will commence immediately upon agreement on the design and Guaranteed Maximum Price. This project will be a phased approach with various portions funded this fiscal year and anticipated portions funded next fiscal year.
