Project Description: The work under this contract includes furnishing labor, tools, material, and equipment, and for performing all work necessary for construction of: Traffic Signals, paving, signing & striping, and ADA ramps. All of the work shall be done in accordance with TxDOT and NCTCOG specifications, with the City of Richardson Addenda and as per instructions of the OWNER. All construction sequencing and barricading will be done according to the City of Richardson Standards and Details and TxDOT’s Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), unless work occurs within TxDOT ROW, in which case TxDOT standards will apply.
