• Duration: Three full days (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Dates: October 7-9, 2025

• Format: Off-site, in-person training.
• Training Venue will be provided by CDC Office
• Key Focus Areas:
o Leadership and strategic thinking
o Effective facilitation techniques
o Partnership and program coordination
o Peer learning and collaborative problem-solving

Training Objectives:
- Equip participants with practical tools to facilitate action learning and lead collaborative discussions within various settings
- Strengthen leadership and facilitation skills to support effective problem-solving across diverse technical and operational contexts.
