The Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System (SERS) requires 20 Ricoh laser printers to fill an immediate need regarding the replacement of aging equipment used with its mission-critical line-of-business information system, SERIS. Bidders must meet the exact requirements set forth in the SOW. Substitutions must be approved in writing prior to bid submission.
