Description

Cannon AFB, New Mexico (CAFB) is publicizing this SOURCES SOUGHT notice to gather industry information with respect to a potential service contract for Hoist and Crane Maintenance Service Contract at CAFB.



No solicitation is being issued at this time. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this SOURCES SOUGHT. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Any future solicitation, including specifications will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities website (https://sam.gov/). Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for release of a solicitation package and/or any updates and/or amendments. The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested businesses capable of performing the type of work as described herein.



The following NAICS Code applies to this SOURCES SOUGHT: 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard for this NAICS is $12.5M.



CAFB is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide Hoist and Crane maintenance at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform on-site hoist and crane inspection, maintenance and certification services at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico in accordance with the PWS, industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.



The Performance Work Statement attachment on this SOURCES SOUGHT is only a DRAFT, and is subject to change.

Your capability statement should be limited to three (3) pages. At a minimum, your capability statement should include skills, experience and knowledge to perform the type of work described above. Please include the following:



1. Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, CAGE code and UEID number from SAM.



2. Company’s business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e., Large Business, Small Business, Emerging Small Business, SBA Certified 8a Program Participant, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Veteran Owned Business, Women-Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business).
