Description

Procurement of Vacuum Components for MPEX Vacuum Pump Cart

he Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), on behalf of the Department of Energy's Material Plasma Exposure Experiment (MPEX), seeks a qualified supplier to provide Pfeiffer Vacuum components that will be installed on a modular vacuum pump cart system that will be built at ORNL. This system is critical for supporting high-vacuum environments in the MPEX linear plasma device and must integrate seamlessly with the broader Pfeiffer-based vacuum infrastructure.

The selected vendor shall provide Pfeiffer Vacuum components that will be used in high-vacuum applications supporting the MPEX linear plasma device.
