Limited Sources - Global Bulk Fuel Management & Delivery (GBFMD) Consulting and Data Analysis

This contract provides a comprehensive suite of services, including data-driven analysis and expert consulting, designed to assist USTRANSCOM in analyzing DoD requirements and developing data-driven strategies for their integration into GBFMD operations. Recognizing that expertise relevant to GBFMD resides across multiple sectors, the Contractor must be familiar with the global energy environment, logistics, information technology (IT), and supply chain management; and must analyze DoD data within that context. The Contractor will conduct in-depth research, gather and analyze relevant data from a variety of sources, including classified DoD data, and provide data analytics reports and strategic recommendations in support of USTRANSCOM’s GBFMD operation.
