Eagles View Park– Phase 1

Project Description: Manchester Township will receive bids online via the PennBid website for the Eagles View Park– Phase 1, Contract No. 1 – Site Improvement Contract on June 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on the PennBid website.
Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net).
A pre-bid conference will be held on June 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Manchester Township municipal building, 3200 Farmtrail Road, York, PA 17406. Attendance is recommended for all bidders.
A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10-percent of the total base bid. A noncollusion affidavit shall accompany each proposal.
Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternates. A performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, shall be required.
Inquiries shall be submitted using the “Questions” feature in PennBid.
This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
Manchester Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Manchester Township.
