Project Description: Palmer Township is requesting proposals from qualified firms with experience in data analysis and land use planning to assist in updating the Township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO). Interested consultants shall submit documentation substantiating their qualifications to perform the services required. The scope of the project is to develop a comprehensive rewrite of the SALDO, guided by the vision of the Township’s 2018 Comprehensive Plan, as well as 2023 Zoning Ordinance, 2025 Active Transportation Plan, and other Township policies and initiatives.
RFPs must be submitted and be updated online through PennBid (https://PennBid.net). All documents may be obtained at no charge through PennBid. All proposals must be received no later than Monday, July 7, 2025 by 2:00 PM, at which time they shall be opened at the Palmer Township Municipal Building and publicly posted on PennBid.
