Summary

Project Description: This is a major maintenance project to replace existing timber walls, stairways and light pole bases which need replacement. Base Bid - Construction of new mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) and concrete retaining walls, code compliance upgrades, landscape improvements, tree removal and replacement, light pole removal and replacement, site drainage. Bid Additive #1 - demolition of existing timber retaining walls, site grading, stairway removal and replacement. Site is in an environmentally critical area (ECA) with naturally steep slopes.
