Overview

Summary

The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking qualified vendors to provide temporary housing and/or extended-stay housing services (“housing options”) for individuals experiencing homelessness on an as-needed basis.

Background

Norfolk Community Services Board (NCSB) partners with contractors in the hospitality industry to provide publicly funded services to persons over the age of 18, including any of their dependents of any age who are experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. The City needs additional support in providing services to the unhoused and housing insecure population of the City as clients transition to long-term housing solutions.
