Addendum 1: This addendum is being issued to answer questions and extend the bid due date to 1:00pm Alaska Time on September 19th, 2025.
The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids for design and construction services for a remodel project at Bryant Army Airfield (BAAF) Building 47428 on JBER, Alaska.
**Mandatory** Walk-Through on September 4th, 2025 at 10 am. We will meet at the parking lot at the Construction Facility Management Office, Building 57024 Camp Carroll, JBER, AK 99505. Suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes. If you need base access passes, you will need to register with the Project Manager a minimum of 48 hours before the walk-through time and date.
Important Notice.
