Project Description: The Base Bid includes the notification of utility companies and the capping of existing utilities, including water, sanitary, gas, electric, and telecommunications; the removal and disposal of all building debris; the excavation, removal, and disposal of the concrete foundation, footings, and stone base down to subgrade; and the provision of a temporary chain link fence post demolition. The Township anticipates burning down the clubhouse for purposes of fire training prior to demolition. The Township will provide temporary fencing for the duration between the fire training event and the commencing of removal and demolition per this contract. Any disturbed lawn areas outside the building limits are to be re-graded to match surrounding topography and permanently stabilized and seeded.
In the scenario that the fire training event is not held, the Alternate Bid shall include the tear down of the clubhouse structure.
