The City of Montpelier is requesting bids to extend fire sprinkler coverage to the entire building located at 203 Country Club Rd in Montpelier VT in compliance with the Vermont Fire and Building Safety Code 2025 Edition.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Public Works Director, Public Works Garage, 783 Dog River Rd, Montpelier, VT 05602, until 10:00 am on Tuesday September 1st, 2024, at which time and place all bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Each sealed bid must be emailed to Kurt Motyka at the below mentioned email with “203 Country Club Road Fire Sprinkler Extension Project” in the subject line.

The City of Montpelier reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in the bidding per current policy.

Bids may be held by the City of Montpelier for a period not to exceed ten (10) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
