The City is requesting Bidders to provide pricing for the following: Alarm Monitoring & Maintenance Services at the Prince Albert Airport Terminal Building, Field Electrical Building, Maintenance Garage; Alfred Jenkins Field House; Art Hauser Centre; Bernice Sayese Community Centre; City Hall; City Compound; Cosmo Lodge; Crescent Acres Community Club; Kinsmen Arena; Diefenbaker House; E.A. Rawlinson Centre; Education & Police Museums; CMGC Pro Shop, Maintenance bldg; Historic Museum; Landfill – Kiosk & Bailer Building; Lake Country Co-op Leisure Centre; Margo Fournier Art Centre; Kinsmen Heritage Centre; City Yards – Main Building, Concrete Shop, Forestry Bldg, Sign Shop; Old Scotia Bank – 1203 Central Ave.; Municipal Service Centre; Old Boy Scout Bldg; Stueart Arena; Tower Shack; Water Treatment Plant and South Hill Cemetery Building for the period April 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2029, standard features included in the pricing. Separate pricing for all optional features listed must be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender.
