Roof Replacement at Gideon Welles School

The Town of Glastonbury is requesting proposals from licensed, DAS qualified roofing contractors for a roof replacement at Gideon Welles School located at 1029 Neipsic Road, Glastonbury, CT 06033. Bids can be submitted at the following link: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com/ under the BID title “GL-2025-20 Roof Replacement at Gideon Welles School". A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at Gideon Welles School on January 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM. All bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements and partially funded by a State DAS School Construction Grant.
